As of March 1, 2018, the ICS Call Center will be making the following changes:
- Our call center reverts back to normal Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) operating hours of 8 am-6pm.
- On-call services will continue to handle your calls after hours.
Changes to Call Center Menu Options
The following options have been removed from the call center menu as of March 1, 2018:
- FIDA Plan
The pharmacy service option was a product of our discontinued FIDA plan. If you are a former FIDA member with pharmacy-related questions, we can still direct you to the appropriate resources, but it will no longer be a menu option.
