ICS appreciates the importance of employee’s achieving a balance between their work and home lives. We understand, regardless of lifestyle, whether single or married with children or without, we all need to find time to fulfill our professional and personal responsibilities.
Employee Assistance Program
This service provides employees and their families with confidential counseling and referral services by professionals who assist with a wide range of behavioral health related issues.
Travel Assistance Program
Employees who are community-based (work in the community 60% or more of the workweek) are eligible for a reduced rate Metrocard, ICS pays $50 of the $76 monthly Metrocard.
Tuition Assistance Plan
ICS provides employees tuition assistance for course work relevant to an employee’s current job or to the work of the organization. The maximum benefit per semester is $1500; maximum benefit per year is $4,500.
Fitness Benefit
Employees who participate in ICS’ medical plan with Oxford Health Plans are eligible for a $200 gym reimbursement every six (6) months.
Assistant Director, Intake & Enrollment
This position is responsible for the managing/ coordination of the intake and enrollment process from the point of referral until member enrollment.
