ICS offers an affordable and high quality health care plan to help protect employees and their families from high medical costs and the financial hardship that could accompany a serious illness or injury. The medical plans cover doctor visits, hospitalization, prenatal programs, and prescription drug programs.
ICS’s dental plan helps pay for a range of dental services and is designed to encourage regular, preventive treatment.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
The Health Care and Dependent Care Accounts allow employees to have their money deducted from their pay on a pre-tax basis to be used for eligible out-of-pocket dependent care and/or health care expenses.
The Transit and Parking Care Accounts allow employees to have their money deducted from their pay on a pre-tax basis to be used for eligible out-of-pocket costs of commuting to work.
All of these programs allow employees to reduce their income taxes and increase discretionary income for expenses such as insurance deductibles and day care.
Travel Assistance Program
Employees who are community-based (work in the community 60% or more of the work week) are eligible for a reduced rate Metrocard.
We provide income replacement for short- and long-term periods of disability for pregnancy, illness, or injury.
ICS has a generous Paid Disability Leave Program for employees who experience serious illness or injury. Eligible employees are granted up to eight (8) weeks of full regular pay for their own, non-work-related medical disability.
Paternal/Adoptive Parent Leave
ICS offers spouses, partners or adopting parents a maximum of two (2) weeks paid leave for the birth or adoption of a child.
ICS provides life insurance to assist employees plan for their survivors’ financial security. ICS covers all employees at two times their salaries and provides the opportunity for employees to buy additional life insurance for themselves, their spouse and/or child(ren).
ICS provides employees the opportunity to plan for their retirement by putting pre-tax dollars (contributions subject to IRS annual maximums) into a 403(b) tax-deferred retirement savings program.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
ICS offers regular full-time employees twenty eight (28) PTO days per year. Part-time regular employees accrue PTO at a pro-rated rate based on hours worked.
ICS recognizes ten (10) paid holidays a year.
